A man already in jail on murder charges now faces additional charges for having a banned items in jail. 60 year old Robert Dean Penny was in jail on charges of first degree murder, 2 counts of aggravated assault and criminal mischief. Penny was one of several inmates found to have contraband during a search of the Baxter County Detention center in August. Penny has entered a not guilty plea to the murder charges and allegedly claims self defeanse.
