A West Plains man was arrested Saturday after a stand-off with authorities. 21 year old Dylan Dalton was arrested on charges of felony second degree assault, felony armed criminal action, felony endangering the welfare of a child and felony possession of a controlled substance. Dalton allegedly shot at his mother. He was arrested after a 20 minute standoff with Howell County Deputies. According to reports during the Standoff he had his one year old daughter in the vehicle with him. Dalton’s bond was set at $75,000.
