A man with warrants in Sharp and Independence Counties was arrested when a officer found him sitting in a vehicle in the middle of the road. 40 year old Andrew Allen Logan allegedly gave the officer a false name and the vehicle had plates from another vehicle. A Computer check found Logan had active warrants. He was arrested and charged with having fictitious tags on his vehicle, possession of an instrument of crime and obstructing a governmental operations.
