A man from Mountain Home who was arrested on several charges has entered a not guilty plea. 29 year old Elishah Adams was arrested after authorities say they were greeted by a heavy cloud of marijuana smoke in his home. An officer ran a check on Adams and found he was wanted for parole violations. During a search of the residence they found a loaded handgun and a quantity of marijuana. 512 grams of marijuana were found in bags in a small safe. In addition to the criminal charges the state has filed a civil suit to seize $822 cash located at the residence. Adams will be back in court October 4th.
