A man accused of raping his wife in front of their son has been arrested. 26 year old Eric Franklin Poslick was arrested on felony counts of rape, aggravated assault on a family/household member and false imprisonment in the first degree. He also is charged with misdemeanor second degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Poslick allegedly held a knife to the throat of his wife, tying her with a rope and raping her in front of their minor son. He is being held in Marion County on $1 million bond.
