A man from Licking has been arrested for seriously injured a woman. 34 year old Nicholas Berriult is charged with first degree assault-serious injury and felony armed criminal action. The woman he assaulted was taken to the Hospital in Houston and suffered numerous serious injuries. Her left eye reportedly had a large contusion and was swollen shut and had a cut under it, Her hands were bruised and believed to be broken, she had a large deep gash on the back of her head and had large welts on her hands and arms. Bond for Berruilt was set at $500,000.
