Troopers with troop G of the Missouri Highway patrol were busy Monday with several arrest. Monday morning they arrested 36 year old Tyson Warner of Success on two felony Texas County Warrants for larceny and forgery, misdemeanor Phelps County warrant for 2nd degree property damage and a misdemeanor Houston Police Department warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Texas County jail. Then later Monday morning they Highway patrol arrested 39 year old Robert Lane of Success. Lane was arrested for felony parole violation, possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-meth, no insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold. Then early Monday afternoon, the patrol arrested 30 year old Bethany Koskovich of Walnut Grove on two counts of child endangerment, driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance and a child restraint violation. She was taken to the Hartville Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold. Then late Monday afternoon they arrested 34 year old Darrel Ellison of Bucyrus on a felony Brazoria Texas County warrant for probation violation, and a misdemeanor Brazoria County Texas warrant for theft of property. He was taken to the Texas County jail. Then last night they arrested 50 year old Brenda Carter of Hayti Missouri for felony possession of a controlled substance. She was cited and released.
