The November 6th general election is less than a month away and over next few days we will take a look at some of the contested races in the listening area in Arkansas and Missouri. In Fulton county there are several contested races in Mammoth Spring, Mayor Jean Pace is challenged by Charles Vaughn, For alderman ward 1 position 2 Wilma Rodgers is challenged by Adam Davis, and for alderman ward 2 position 1 Frankie Joan Baker is Challenged by Carla Parnell. There are three candidates for Mammoth Spring School Board Position 3 they are Sheila Young, Mike Alexander and Chris Skaggs. In Oregon County in Missouri there are three contested races locally, for clerk of the circuit court Betty Grooms is opposed by Alice Bell, for County Treasurer Linda Parrot faces Becky Shelton and for Prosecuting attorney Justin Kelley opposes Justin Nelson. Tomorrow we will look at the contested local races in Shannon, Texas and Sharp Counties.
