A teen from Peace Valley was injured late last night west of West Plains. 19 year old Justin Macias suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. The Highway patrol says the accident happened when Macias was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control of the truck he was driving, skidded off the road and hit a fence and a large tree. The accident happened on Rt JJ about 3 miles west of West Plains.
