A man from Success has been arrested on felony kidnapping and assault charges. 27 year old Daniel Cook was arrested earlier this week in Texas County. He faces two felony counts of parental kidnapping, and felony 3rd degree domestic assault, along with a misdemeanor count of 3rd degree kidnapping. His bond was set at $200,000.
