A West Plains man will go to trial in March on second degree murder charges. 21 year old Grayson Smith is charged with second degree murder and felony resisting arrest by fleeing, creating substantial risk of serious injury or death and misdemeanor speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign. In November of 2017, Smith allegedly ran from police and crashed into another vehicle killing 29 year old Kennan Farris of West Plains.
