A Gassville man who allegedly beat and threatened to kill his wife has been arrested and charged. 36 year old Mitchell Smithey is charged with felony terroristic threatening. Smithey allegedly threatened to kill his wife using a skillet, razor blade, and laundry detergent. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
