A man from Hartville was seriously injured when he was hit by a vehicle that rolled backwards after it was parked. 67 year old Orval Casteel was injured when the vehicle rolled back hitting him and dragging him. Casteel was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened Rt E about 5 miles northeast of Hartville.
