Tuesday, four people were arrested in Mountain Home on felony drug charges after the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections found illegal drugs during an inspection of a residence. 63 year old Pamela Rithie, 56 year old Marvin Ritchie, 34 year old Keturah Sanders-Dicks and 25 year old Joshua Dicks all face felony charges of possession of meth, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the purpose of delivery, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with the purpose of delivery and 2 counts each of possession of drug paraphernalia. All four are being held on $15,000 bond each and will be in court November 8th.
