The Missouri State Highway patrol is reporting three felony arrest in Troop G over the weekend. Saturday they arrested 31 year old Rachell Mathis of West Plains for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no drivers license, no seat belt and no insurance. She was processed and released. Saturday night the Highway Patrol arrested 43 year old Neilson Neil of Licking on two felony Texas County warrants and on a misdemeanor Dent County warrant and a misdemeanor Licking Police Department warrant. He was taken to the Texas County jail,. Sunday they arrested 42 year old Steven Smith of Springfield on a felony Shannon County warrant for failure to appear no support and for no seat belt. He was taken to the Shannon County jail.
