A request for bond has been denied to an Ozark County woman accused of murdering her daughter. 40 year old Rebecca Ruud of Theodosia was denied bond by Judge Calvin Holden in Green County. A motion to produce certain records was also argued and passed to Ruud’s next pre-trial conference, scheduled for Nov. 29th, in Greene County court. Ruud was remanded back to the custody of the Greene County Jail following the hearing, according to online records. Her jury trial is set for Jan. 28th in Taney County.
