Two Alton residents have been charged with breaking into a storage unit in Alton. 25 year old Amber Williams and 42 year old Jeremy Green allegedly broke into the storage unit and stole about $6,000 worth of tools and toolboxes. They are both charged with 1 count of second degree burglary and stealing $750 or more. Bond for Green is set at $20,000 and Williams at $15,000.
