A man from Hoxie has been arrested on child pornography charges. 30 year old Kenneth Paul Moore was arrested by the Arkansas State Police on 16 counts of pandering/possessing visual print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, 5 counts of computer child pornography, and one count of tampering with physical evidence. Moore allegedly posed as a woman on Facebook using the name “Kelsey” to entice boys to send him nude photos. He is being held on $150,000 cash only bond.
