The #16 ranked Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzlies opened their season with a win last night at the West Plains Civic Center, beating Nationwide Academy 90-72. Sidar Calhoun lead 5 Grizzlies in double figures with 16 points. Up next for the Grizzlies is a trip to Lewisville Texas this weekend to play Lee College and Trinity Valley.
