Two Alton Residents were injured in a one vehicle accident Friday afternoon west of Alton. 18 year old Cleo Collins and 27 year old Derrick Ficken both suffered serious injuries when Ficken drove off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving. Both were flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on U.S 160 about 2 miles west of Alton.
