A Texas County man has been arrested by the Highway Patrol on several charges. 51 year old Roger Burgess was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance, felony Texas County warrant for resisting arrest, felony Texas County warrant for driving while revoked, Felony delivery of controlled substance, misdemeanor Texas County warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanors for littering, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
