A Batesville man has been arrested in connection with the theft of two four-wheelers. James Marvin Gaither allegedly took the ATV’s. The ATV’s, owned by Jeffrey Wolford were taken from the Old South Flea Market. Gaither is charged with one count of theft of property. His bond was set at $2,500
