Authorities in Izard County have arrested a man after he allegedly tried to fill a forged prescription. 22 year old Devon Haynes was arrested after he allegedly entered a Calico Rock Pharmacy and presented an altered medical prescription slip. Haynes is charged with one felony count of controlled substance fraudulent practices. His bond is set at $5,000
