A Baxter County man faces several charges after he allegedly made more than 40 calls threatening a CNN News anchor in Atlanta. 39 year old Benjamin Craig Matthews is charged with 5 felonies and 13 misdemeanors. He allegedly made the calls over a three day period from October 31st to November 2nd. The probable cause affidavit list the journalist who was threatened by the initials DL. A check on the CNN website shows prime time anchor Don Lemon is the only one with those initials. Charges for Matthews include, 5 felony counts of first degree terroristic threatening, 9 misdemeanor counts of harassing communications and 4 misdemeanor counts of second degree terroristic threatening He is being held in Baxter County on $15,000 bond
