A 12 year old Doniphan boy escaped with just minor injuries when he was hit by a car Tuesday afternoon. Wyatt Douthat was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center after he was hit by a car driven by 29 year old Ryan Ponder of Doniphan. The accident happened on Rt K about a quarter mile east of Missouri highway 21.
