A Cherokee Village resident has been sentenced to 3 years in prison in Lawrence County Circuit Court. 44 year old Christian Dawn Jackson entered a negotiated guilty plea and was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 60 months suspended sentence for furnishing prohibited articles plus $150 in court costs a $100 fine and $275 public defender fee.
