A man from Licking was arrested by the highway patrol Wednesday on felony drug charges. 61 year old Robert Bartely is charged with possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana, meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia meth, and felony parole violation. He was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
