A woman from Gassville faces charges after allegedly attacking a nurse at Baxter Regional Medical Center. 37 year old Rebecca Ann Wallace was allegedly in the bathroom and reportedly told a nurse the sink was not working properly, the nurse stepped in to look at the sink and Wallace ripped down a shower curtain and wrapped it around the nurses head and neck trying to choke her. Wallace is also accused of scratching and clawing the nurse. Wallace already was facing felony charges of aggravated assault and criminal mischief.. She now faces additional Charges of misdemeanor battery. She will be in court this Thursday.
