Strong storms moved through the listening area early this morning causing power outages and damage to trees and roofs throughout the area. In Northern Arkansas we have had reports of trees and power lines down in Ash Flat, as well as several other communities. There were also widespread reports of trees down and power outages throughout Southern Missouri but as of early this morning we have not heard of any major damage caused by the storms here locally.
