
Four people were injured, two seriously in three vehicle accident Friday night north of Gainesville. The Highway Patrol reports that 55 year old Scott Sayles of Pontiac and 37 year old Kristyn Warren of Brixey both suffered serious injuries and 19 year old Christina Brown of Brockwell Arkansas and 40 year old Dustin Souder of Brixey both suffered minor injuries when Sayles crossed the centerline, sideswiped the vehicle that Brown was driving and hit the vehicle that Souder was driving head-on. Both Sayles and Warren were taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. The accident happened just before midnight Friday night on highway 5, about 5 miles north of Gainesville. Sayles was charged with driving while intoxicated serious physical injury and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
