A Man From Ellsinore Was Arrested By The Highway Patrol Friday

The Missouri Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Ellsinore on a felony Carter County Warrant for Domestic assault. 27 year old David Munn was arrested around 10:45 Friday night. He was taken to Carter County Jail.
