A day after releasing All-Pro running back Kareem Hunt for violating the leagues domestic violence policies, and then lying to the team about it, the Kansas Chiefs had to play their hated rivals, the Oakland Raiders, in Oakland.  But the offense didn’t seem to miss a beat, scoring 40 points to beat the Raiders 40-33.

Patrick Mahomes threw 4 more touchdown passes, 2 of them to Travis Kelce who had a great day, catching 12 balls for 168 yards, as the Chiefs continue to have the best record in the AFC at 10-2, and are closing in on home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Up next for KC, back at Arrowhead with the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday.
