A Mansfield man was arrested by the HIghway Patrol late Friday night on felony charges. 23 year old Tyree Clouse was arrested for two counts of felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving and failure to register a vehicle. He was cited and released.
