A Mountain Home man has been arrested in Izard County. 37 year old John Harvey was arrested after motorist reported following his vehicle weaving and running people off the road. Harvey has been arrested on felony possession of a controlled substance meth and several traffic offenses. He is being held in Izard County without bond.
