A Gainesville man was arrested Monday on rape charges. 34 year old Bryan Mohr was charged Monday with first degree rape in connection with the alleged rape of a 16 year old girl. Mohr was charged earlier this year with statutory rape and sodomy but had those charges dropped, after the state was unable to produce a witness willing to testify.
