A previously convicted felon has been arrested after he was found hiding in a shed. A woman from Magness reported to Independence County authorities that she came home and found 45 year old Edward Smart hiding in her storage shed. Smart had reportedly been told earlier not to be on the property. He was arrested for felony breaking and entering. His bond was set at $10,000
