A man from Cabool was arrested by the Highway patrol Monday evening in Texas County. 33 year old Daniel Noland was arrested on felony probation violation warrant from Miller County, and for felony assault on law enforcement officer, felony resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and speeding. Noland was taken to Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested a man from Ellsinore Monday afternoon on terroristic threatening charges. 56 year old Billy Stovall was arrested on a Poplar Bluff felony warrant for terroristic threatening second degree. He was transported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office to Butler County jail.
