A Willow Springs man faces assault and kidnapping charges. 36 year old Jason Klein allegedly told police he was coming down from a 4 day opiate binge when he hit his wife in the had and held her against her will. Klein is charged with third degree assault and second degree kidnapping. His bail was set at $20,000.
