ZCAPS Program At West Plains School To Host Benefit For Outreach Center

On January 12^th the West Plains high School ZCAPS Program will host Zizzerfest at the West Plains High School Gym and Cafeteria with proceeds going to the Martha Vance Samaritan Outreach Center. I Talked to Outreach Center Executive Director Lorri Concepcion about it
