A Cabool Man Was Arrested After Leading Police On A Chase

A  Cabool man has been arrested after leading authorities on a chase. 33 year old Daniel Nolan ran from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Nolan drove down a dead-end road, turned around and drove towards the trooper’s vehicle, hitting it. The chase continued on several Texas County roads and highways before Nolan crashed the vehicle he was driving and fled on foot  Additional officers were called in along with tracking dog. Nolan was later at a residence about a mile from where he crashed his vehicle.  Nolan was wanted on a felony warrant for probation violation from Miller County, He now faces charges of felony assault on a law enforcement officer, felony resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and speeding. He was taken to Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
