The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports a couple of arrest. 64 year old Ty Ray Carter of Caulfield was arrested on charges of failure to appear on probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000. 42 year old Ronald William Drumright of Kingston Tn. was arrested on a charge of second degree burglary. His bond was set at $4,500.
