A man from Oxford was arrested when his plans to flee failed when he could not get a neighbor’s truck to start. 31 year old Maxwell Gregg is charged with a felony count of theft by receiving. According to reports Izard County Authorities went to a home in Oxford after receiving a report of a stolen truck.
