A Change of venue has been granted for a Bakersfield man accused of threatening to to shoot-up the Bakersfield School. Derek Beaver is charged with making a terroristic threat in February. His trial will be moved from Ozark to Wright County. The Judge also approved bond amendments to allow Beaver to travel to West Plains for work. He is still under court order to stay off the Bakersfield School Property. His next appearance in Court is set for February 6th.
