A Mountain View Arkansas man faces 8 felony charges after his arrest. 52 year old Willard Moyers Jr was arrested after police received a report that a man in the city limits had a pipe bomb and was holding a woman against her will. When officers stopped him, they discovered that he did not have a pipe bomb but did have meth, firearms and drug paraphernalia. He is charged with first degree false imprisonment, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and second degree domestic battery.
