The Mammoth Spring Police report the arrest of two people Thursday after a traffic stop. 29 year old Breanna Eubanks of Thayer was arrested on a felony Missouri Probation Violation. and 61 year old Melvin Neal was arrested for possession of marijuana and for expired drivers license. Eubanks was taken to Fulton county jail.
