A man from Licking was arrested by the Highway patrol Sunday on several charges. 52 year old Charles Miriani is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, chronic offender, driving while revoked, no sear belt, unsecured child less than 16 years old and 3 felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
