A man from Doniphan was injured in an accident early Tuesday morning in Ripley County. The Highway Patrol reports that 55 year old Craig Mitchener suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the roadway and hit the end of a bridge. Mitchener was al;so charged with Driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on highway 142 east of Rt B.
