A man from West Plains has been arrested in connection with the report of a stolen enclosed trailer and tools in Baxter County. 47 year old Dale Wayne martin was arrested after authorities located the trailer during a search at Martin’s residence. Martin is charged with felony counts of theft of property, criminal mischief and residential burglary. He is also charged as an habitual offender. His bond was set at $25,000
