A West Plains man has been charged after allegedly threatening a woman with a knife. 30 year old Miciah Polk is charged with second degree kidnapping, and armed criminal action. He allegedly put a knife to the throat of his girlfriend and threatened her. He was released on $50,000 bond. He will be arraigned on January 7th.
