A woman from Doniphan was injured in an accident in Carter County Thursday. 40 year old Celena Dobbins suffered serious injuries when she drove off the road and overturned the car she was driving. Dobbins was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Rt V about 3 miles north of Ellsinore around 5:30 Thursday morning.
